Support
Email support@quotesorted.app and a person will answer — usually the same day, and always within two working days. Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and we'll take it from there.
I'm not getting my sign-in code
QuoteSorted emails a 6-digit code each time you sign in — there's no password to forget. If it hasn't arrived within a minute, check your junk folder, then request another. Codes last 15 minutes and each one can only be used once.
What's free and what isn't?
Quoting is free, for good: build quotes, send them, and have customers accept or decline online without paying us anything.
Pro is £9.99 a month and covers everything after a customer says yes — invoices, deposits, recording payments, automatic chasing, expenses, the Self Assessment estimate and your logo on documents.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they're cancelled in iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then QuoteSorted, then Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Cancelling doesn't delete anything. Your quotes, invoices and records stay, and quoting keeps working.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. That removes your business details, customers, quotes, invoices, expenses and receipt photos straight away, and it can't be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel that separately, as above. HMRC expects you to keep business records for around five years, so export what you need first.
Is the tax figure my actual tax bill?
No. It's an estimate, to give you a sense of what to put aside — Income Tax and Class 4 National Insurance on the profit recorded in QuoteSorted. It can't know about other income, reliefs or allowances. Your return is yours to file, and an accountant is worth their fee.
Where's your privacy policy?
Right here. It explains what we hold, why, and how to get it removed.
